Our Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days to ship an order

Currently, we only deliver in United States

The candles have a different tracking ID compared to the other products

Each delivery tracking ID will be sent through email, and will be shipped to your provided shipping address

The delivery tracking ID and the purchased products will be confirmed through email

Returns

You can easily ask for returns or refunds, within 7 days after delivery, in following cases:

  • The product is defective
  • The product does not match its description on VVcandles website
  • The product does not have appropriate sizing/colors for you
  • The product packing has been tamed
  • The product is not original
  • The product does not match as per your expectations
